Delivery Schedule
Our goal is to deliver your order promptly. However, since these prints are produced custom to your order, it can take up to 28 days for us to dispatch the product(s) of your choice. We will inform you of your shipping dates and final cost once we receive your order. Shipping costs vary based on product weight, area being shipped to, and speed of delivery desired. We do not offer compensation for late delivery, but if your order is to be delayed for any foreseeable reason we will notify you immediately by email. Refunds Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the product(s), as long as it is in the same condition and has not been used. All you have to do is inform us that you are returning the product(s) and the reason for wanting a refund. We would prefer by email or phone as this allows us to deal with the problem quickly and efficiently. Although alternatively you can contact us by post (contact details at bottom of page). We will then advise you on the best way to return the product(s), once we have received the products you will receive a full refund.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us first and receive a return authorization number and return shipping instructions
- State the reason you are returning the product(s) and the reason for wanting a refund
- Product(s) must be in the same condition and not have been used
- Shipping charges will not be refunded, and you are responsible for return shipping charges
- Product must be properly packed to avoid shipping damage
Replacement Policy
We take the utmost care to make sure you receive the prints in pristine condition. If your product should arrive damaged, we will replace it subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us immediately if your product(s) arrives damaged.
- You must retain both the product(s) and the original packaging in case our courier service needs to inspect them at your premises.
- We are not liable for any damage that occurs after you take delivery.
- Our liability is limited to replacing the product and shall not exceed the original cost of the product.
- We are not liable for any incidental costs, such as but not limited to, delays in schedule or loss of business caused by the product arriving damaged.
